Lemon walnut Vinagrette

2 Tbs. Walnut Oil
2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil of choice
1 Tbs. cinder vinegar
1 Tsp. Lemon Zest
2-1/2 Tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tsp. finely chopped walnuts
1 Tsp. Thyme Leaves
1/4 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Black Pepper to taste
Measure all the ingredients into a small jar or salad dressing shaker with a tight-fitting lid. Once all the ingredients are added screw on the lid and shake the contents vigorously until mixed. Enjoy over salad of choice.
