Breakfast Sausage Seasoning has a dash of heat and lots of delicious herbs. It is hand blended from cracked fennel seed, sage, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, crushed red pepper, coarse sea salt, and coarse black pepper. It goes great with eggs and hash browns creating a classic Midwest comfort food breakfast.
Use one tablespoon of Sausage Seasoning per pound of meat or season to taste. Refrigerate overnight before cooking.
