Our Brewpub Garlic Fries Seasoning provides a salty, smooth roasted garlic flavor with a hint of mild heat from the freshly ground white pepper.  It is hand blended from garlic, salt, onion, and white pepper.

One ounce hand packed in bag.

Instructions for use:  Peel potatoes and cut into sticks.  Place in a large colander and rinse.  Place in a large pot, cover with cold water and let soak for at least two to three hours.  Soaking overnight is even better.  Drain fries, rinse off in the colander and then lay on paper towels to dry off.  Blot potatoes with paper towels to remove excess moisture.  First fry: Preheat pot of high temp oil to 300-degrees F. Fry for approximately 4-5 minutes.  This is a first cook and is to soften them on the inside.  Test at the 4-minute mark.  If it cuts through easily, it's done.  Drain and place on new, dry paper towels.  Finish: When all the fries have been pre-cooked and are drying, turn the pot up to 400-degrees F. Fry until golden and crisp.  Remove from pot and place on a paper towel for a final dry.  Season the fries while piping hot and a little oily.  This helps the seasoning stick to the fries.  Serve hot.
