Fresh bread...tasty olive oil infused with freshly ground spices...a nice glass of wine...creating nirvana. Only Grade A, Class 1 spices are used in any of our sets.

  • Tuscan Seasoning-Upfront garlic, with an herbaceous background, and finishes with a final subtle splash of heat. Making a dipping oil is as easy as mixing the spices with extra virgin olive and allow to steep for thirty minutes. You can also use this seasoning for a zesty vinegar and oil dressing for salads by simply adding the seasoning to olive oil and red wine vinegar (balsamic is a bit too overpowering to the seasoning blend in this particular case). This dressing can also be used as a quick, light marinade for chicken, fish or pork. Hand blended with salt, garlic, black pepper, onion, red pepper flakes, rosemary, basil, Mediterranean oregano and parsley.
  • Bruschetta Seasoning-Tomato flavor with onion, garlic and celery notes and a slightly smoky undertone with just a very mild hint of heat. Bruschetta lends itself to a myriad of fresh and marinated toppings too, you're likely to find it generously topped with either chopped, ripe tomatoes and basil, a purée of fresh fava beans and garlic, Greek salad, sun dried tomato spreads, flaky roasted white fish, or whatever vegetables are in season at the time. Bruschetta can also be the base for a wide selection of savory toppings and served as an antipasto, first course, main course or light afternoon snack. Toss over homemade pizza and bake. Mix with spaghetti. Roll a log of goat cheese in this blend and drizzle with olive oil and a balsamic reduction for a beautiful appetizer or mix with tapenade for dip. Fold into cream cheese for a savory spread for bagels and wraps. Add to rice. Hand blended with tomato flakes, onion, chives, garlic, basil, celery seed, salt, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, paprika, black pepper, ginger, thyme, yellow mustard and cloves.
  • Milan Seasoning-The flavor profile of our salt-free Milan Seasoning is garlicy with subtle tomato flavor and hints of tarragon. Along with creating a dipping oil, this mix can be used to make a salad dressing with the addition of wine vinegar. This dressing can also be used as a simple, light marinade for chicken, fish or pork. Marinate chicken or pork for 2-4 hours and fish 30 minutes prior to cooking. Hand blended from onion, tomato, garlic, black pepper, tarragon and basil.
  • Sicilian Seasoning-Bold with the sweet-tart flavor of sun-dried tomatoes, the Sicilian Seasoning takes the sunny flavors of the Mediterranean and gives them an unexpected twist. This salt-free seasoning blend combines the classic pairing of tomato and garlic, and fragrant herbs like peppery marjoram and piney, resinous rosemary, with the smoky, fruity heat of chipotle pepper and the grounded warmth of brown mustard. Toss over tofu and roast. Sprinkle over hummus or baba ghanoush. Use to season turkey meatballs. Serve on flatbreads with sautéed spinach and caramelized onions. Hand blended from garlic, tomato, paprika, chipotle, basil, brown mustard, oregano, bay leaves, marjoram, thyme and rosemary.
