The Bistro Mushroom Blend is a combination of oyster, shiitake, porcini and black trumpet mushrooms, specifically designed to add rich, hearty flavor to any recipe.
Irregularly shaped and sized mushroom varieties, whole caps and slices, white to dark brown, naturally gluten free.
Rinse under cold running water to remove any possible debris. To rehydrate prior to use, place mushrooms in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak until softened, typically 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to help dislodge any trapped stones. Remove from water, and examine a second time. Cook at least 25 minutes.
