Our Steak Mushroom Blend is a combination of oyster, blazei and porcini mushrooms, specifically designed to enhance flavor and presentation of steak. Irregularly shaped and sized mushroom variety, white to beige to brown. Dried for longevity and ease of use, naturally gluten free.
Rinse under cold running water to remove any possible debris. To rehydrate prior to use, place mushrooms in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak until softened, typically 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to help dislodge any trapped stones. Remove from water, and examine a second time.
