- Vindaloo-A signature of Indian cuisine, Vindaloos are considered to be the spiciest of Indian curries. Hand blended from brown mustard, hot cayenne (80,000 - 90,000 SHU), cumin, fenugreek, cardamom and black pepper.
- Sweet -Characterized by its enveloping sense of comfort, combining spices traditionally noted for their warmth into one cozy whole. Woodsy and earthy with fragrant cinnamon and nutmeg and pungent with the musky lemon of cardamom, Sweet Curry Powder gets a bit of smoke from cumin and a bit of maple-like sweetness from fenugreek seed. Bright coriander dances around the top notes of this blend with its gentle touches of peppery citrus, rounding out the deeper flavors from the other spices. This salt-free blend has none of the fiery spice that is often associated with curry powder; rather, it is sweet and inviting, and packed with flavor from top to bottom.
