- Spaghetti Seasoning-Hand blended from minced onion, Mediterranean oregano, red pepper flakes, sweet basil, garlic flakes, sea salt and parsley flakes. A favorite quick pasta recipe is 1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz), 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz), 1 small can of tomato paste (6 oz) and 3 tablespoons of Spaghetti Seasoning.
- Tuscan Seasoning-Especially blended for us. This seasoning is perfect when paired with a beautiful crusty bread and one of The Olive Branch Oil & Spice Company's Extra Virgin Olive Oils, which highlights the interplay between the upfront garlic, the herbaceous background, and the final splash of heat from the red pepper. Add it to a marinade for chicken, fish, or pork, or skip the marinade and toss your favorite meat directly in the seasoning blend before roasting. Hand-blended from salt, garlic, black pepper, onion, red pepper flakes, rosemary, basil, Mediterranean oregano, and parsley.
Naples Seasoning- An aromatic salt free seasoning blend, it makes it easy to create Southern Italian flavor in the kitchen. It'll add a smooth, savory flavor to marinades, soups and stews. Use it to create a delightful vinegar & oil salad dressing, but where it really shines is when it's added to just about any tomato-based dish - especially lasagna, pizza or spaghetti. It also adds a nice spin to fish and meatloaf. Have great success when using this seasoning sprinkled on grilled or roasted fish and vegetables - especially artichokes, eggplant, potatoes, squash, tomatoes and zucchini. To make a flavorful bread dipping, mix 3 tablespoons with 1/2 cup of olive oil. Let sit for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry with the oil olive. Make a quick marinade for grilled or roasted chicken by adding 1 tablespoon of Naples Seasoning to ¼ cup of olive oil. Marinate for 1-2 hours before cooking. Hand blended from toasted onion, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, roasted garlic, red bell pepper and marjoram.
- Pizza Seasoning-This blend is savory and earthy, with a lovely herby taste to round it all out. Use it on breadsticks, on garlic bread, or even on spaghetti and meatballs. Add 1 tablespoon or so of Seasoning to 2 cups of tomato sauce for a more flavorful sauce. Sprinkle it on top after the pizza is done cooking. Hand blended with Mediterranean oregano, basil, garlic, onion, thyme, fennel seed, red bell pepper, crushed red pepper, parsley, and marjoram.
