- Spaghetti Seasoning-Hand blended from minced onion, Mediterranean oregano, red pepper flakes, sweet basil, garlic flakes, sea salt and parsley flakes. A favorite quick pasta recipe is 1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz), 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz), 1 small can of tomato paste (6 oz) and 3 tablespoons of Spaghetti Seasoning.
- Tuscan Seasoning-Especially blended for us. This seasoning is perfect when paired with a beautiful crusty bread and one of The Olive Branch Oil & Spice Company's Extra Virgin Olive Oils, which highlights the interplay between the upfront garlic, the herbaceous background, and the final splash of heat from the red pepper. Add it to a marinade for chicken, fish, or pork, or skip the marinade and toss your favorite meat directly in the seasoning blend before roasting. Hand-blended from salt, garlic, black pepper, onion, red pepper flakes, rosemary, basil, Mediterranean oregano, and parsley.
Bruschetta Seasoning-Can be used in multiple ways. Use this seasoning to steep 1-2 tablespoons of bruschetta seasoning in about ¼ cup of The Olive Branch Oil & Spice Company's EVOO for 10-15 minutes and then mix it with 4 fresh, firm tomatoes, 2 fresh garlic cloves, 1 medium orange bell peppers, 1 small red onion, a small handful of fresh chopped basil and 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar. Add to your toasted bread of choice and you can also top with mozzarella cheese and sliced black or green olives. Add to any homemade spaghetti, pasta or rice dish for a delightful meal. Hand blended with tomato flakes, onion, chives, garlic, basil, celery seed, salt, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, paprika, black pepper, ginger, thyme, yellow mustard and cloves.
- Pizza Seasoning-This blend is savory and earthy, with a lovely herby taste to round it all out. Use it on breadsticks, on garlic bread, or even on spaghetti and meatballs. Add 1 tablespoon or so of Seasoning to 2 cups of tomato sauce for a more flavorful sauce. Sprinkle it on top after the pizza is done cooking. Hand blended with Mediterranean oregano, basil, garlic, onion, thyme, fennel seed, red bell pepper, crushed red pepper, parsley, and marjoram.
