A spice-forward blend with a zingy ginger finish. An anti-inflammatory blend that combines turmeric, cinnamon and ginger with three adaptogenic varieties of Tulsi (holy basil).
Ingredients: Organic turmeric root, organic cinnamon, organic tulsi, organic ginger, organic cardamom, organic cloves and organic black pepper.
- Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
- Add 2 grams (1-2 teaspoon) of tea to a infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug.
- Pour the heated water into the mug.
- Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.
- Sip and enjoy.
